Returns & Shipping policies
Processing Time
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be packed and shipped excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time may vary around major promotions, out of town events or during the holiday seasons, but we will do our best to work within this time frame.
Domestic Shipping

We use USPS and UPS for online shipping.

Orders with a subtotal of $100 qualify for free USPS standard shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and given a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking info to update.
International Shipments
Unfortunately, we do not have automated international shipping rates set up at this time. For international orders, please place all wanted items in your shopping cart and then contact us for a shipping request. From there, we can get an exact weight of items in the cart with packaging dimensions, to quote an accurate shipping price. Then the customer can decide if they would like to proceed with finializing the order.
Returns

All of products are carefully inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our goods, we do not accept returns. We are more than happy to exchange a product for a different scent if you prefer, as long as the product is brand new, unused and still in the original packaging.

Please notify us by email at info@sweetmana to arrange the exchange within 10 business days of the purchase date .

Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs as well as shipping of the new item.

No exchanges will be considered without notification after 10 business days of the date of purchase.
Damaged Merchandise

If there is damage to products during the shipping process, we will replace the product with proof of damage. Pictures must be submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

If you receive a defective product, we will replace it as long as proof of defect and pictures are submitted to us within 14 days of purchase date.
